Pat has over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry and considers Exclusive Buyer Agency the best real estate decison she ever made.  She really enjoys working for buyers to get the best possible property for the most reasonable price.

As an advocate for home buyers, Pat feels very comfortable knowing she is leveling the playing field. Because of her representation, home buyers are getting a fair shake.  Pat believes the best part of her experience is knowing she did the best possible job she could for her clients.

Her previous experience as an administrative assistant and a nursery school teacher for ten years have helped pepare Pat for the task of advocating for home buyers.

Pat has been married for 37 years and has one son, Bill.  She spends what free time she has cooking big family dinners and bargain hunting.  She is also the Queen Mother of the Beverly chapter of the Red Hat Society.

Her fun-loving, caring ways and devoted nature carry over into her relationships with her clients.  Pat has an amazing ability to go the extra mile and to ensure her clients get the best possible representation.
