Pat Magnell, a licensed real estate broker since 1979, has been active in Buyer Representation since 1996 and has served as a volunteer instructor for the Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership’s homebuying program, Program Genesis. Her present activities include serving on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents.
Past activities include serving on the Education and Professional Development Committee for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, as Chairperson, as well as on the Advisory Committee on Buyer Brokerage and serving as a member of the teaching faculty. She has served as a State Director, a Regional Vice President, and on the Grievance Committee and the Regionalization Task Force.
Pat has a B.A. from Wellesley College and an M.Ed. from Tufts University. She has lived in Chelmsford since 1976 with her husband, Dr. Bruce A. Magnell. She was previously a teacher of Social Studies at the Secondary Level from 1969 – 1979, when she got her Massachusetts real estate broker license.
