Doug MacDonald has come full circle with Buyers Choice Realty (BCR). Moving back to the North Shore in the early 1990’s from a four year tour as an active duty Army Officer, Doug used BCR to find his home in Newbury. Doug was so happy with the firm’s services; he eventually joined the company and remains a strong believer in the benefits of Buyer Agency.
He earned is undergraduate degree from Babson College and his MBA from Nichols College. Doug brings to the agency a diverse background that has incorporated sales, client service, banking and information technology. Additionally, Doug is a Major in the Army Reserves. He recently returned from a one year tour of duty in the Middle East in support Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Doug is a member of the North Shore Association of Realtors (NSAR), Massachusetts Association of Buyers Agents (MABA) and the National Association of Exclusive Buyers Agents (NAEBA). He has been married to his wife Patti for over 15 years and has two daughters and two golden retrievers. His hobbies include skiing, reading and watching the New England Patriots. Go Pats.
