Although we believe that home sellers deserve to be represented by a real estate agent, we recognize that too little help is given to those who prefer selling on their own. Since Exclusive Buyer Agents cannot take listings, we decided that providing assistance to FSBOs in Eastern Mass. could be mutually beneficial. 

Hundreds of sellers have successfully sold their homes at significant savings with our free assistance and hundreds of buyers have found us because we advertise homes For Sale By Owner.  The truth is that most real estate offices advertise properties as much to attract buyers as they do to sell the property.

Our goal is not to capture the buyer for your property, but rather to step into the stream of buyers who go on to buy other property.  We want them to know about our buyer representation services and we want our current clients to be aware of all the For Sale By Owner properties out there.

What FREE assistance do we provide?

  • Yard Sign – The professional yard sign pictured here may be used alone or with your own yard sign.  Consumers call the toll free number, enter your extension, and get the details about your property.

  • Newsprint Ads – We include a photo of your home, the town and extension number in local papers and real estate magazines.  Buyers call and hear the same as they would on the yard sign.
     
  • Use of an 800 #  – Buyers are often more comfortable calling a recorded message than speaking to a seller directly.  If the house fits their needs, then they will call you.  This screens out non-buyers.  Use the 800 number and your extension in any of your own personal advertising efforts for your property.
     
  • Impartial Guidance – We can help you evaluate the various options for selling your home from FSBO methods to Discount Listing to a Full Service Listing referral.
