His educational and human services background have well equipped Ronn as a home buyer's advocate. His Masters' in Organizational Development with a focus on Behavioral science from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelors' in Business Administration are a nice blend.Prior to his real estate career, Ronn worked as a counselor, trainer, and youth advocate for Young Life. Ronn also has a theological education and serves in a volunteer capacity on the pastoral staff of Community Covenant Church in west Peabody along with Dr. Timothy Johnson, ABC's Medical Editor.
His work with the church has also involved him on the Peabody and Hamilton ministeriums where his ecumenical background has been valued.
Ronn has also been active in community affairs and served on numerous boards including Cape Ann Board of Mental Health, Health Quarters and the Hamilton-Wenham Community House where he initiated their annual telephone fund raising campaign. He and his wife Bonnie were awarded the Community Service Award in 1980.
