Local site for FSBOs. Consumers contact
owner directly. Usually includes the
address and seller's phone.

A site run by a lender who screens calls
for financialqualification before giving the
address. Consumers must contact the lender.
Assist
to Sell:
A real estate site including FSBO and
MLS listed properties. May have to call
broker to get addresses.
Owners.com:
A national site that has local FSBO listings.

to be presented to buyers and sellers at the
consumer's first meaningfulcontact
with a real estate licensee.
It's important to know who is working for whom. FSBO sellers
should not disclose any information to a Buyer's
Agent than they would to a buyer.
